Dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline — the structural plumping peptide — The same elastin-stimulating peptide Dr. Alexiades deploys in the Neck & Décolletage Treatment, here targeted to the lip's unique structural challenge: loss of the elastic fiber network that gives young lips their natural plushness, definition, and recoil. With consistent use, it signals the lip tissue to rebuild what time has taken — genuine structural improvement, not surface coating.

Micro-encapsulated sodium hyaluronate — needle-free delivery — Conventional hyaluronic acid sits on the surface. Micro-encapsulation controls the rate of penetration and drives HA deeper into the lip tissue, replicating the volumizing mechanism of injectable HA filler without the needle. Hydration drawn in from within, not layered on top — the difference is visible and it compounds with use.

Ceramide NG — barrier and moisture lock — Ceramides are the lipid molecules that hold the lip's moisture barrier together. As lips age they lose ceramide content, leading to chronic dryness, feathering, and the loss of the soft, pillowy texture that characterizes healthy lips. Ceramide NG replenishes that barrier directly, locking moisture in and keeping environmental stressors out.

Echium plantagineum seed oil — the rare omega powerhouse — One of the most remarkable and rarely used oils in skincare. Echium is exceptionally rich in stearidonic acid, gamma-linolenic acid, and alpha-linolenic acid — a unique fatty acid profile that makes it one of the most anti-inflammatory and barrier-restorative plant oils available.
