Giving Tuesday:
Thanks to You, Our Commitment to Charity Makes An Impact for Our Veterans
Dr. Macrene Alexiades has lived her life giving to others and has focused her medical volunteer work on our veterans. For the past two decades, she has served as a volunteer physician in the United States Veteran's Administration Hospital System. This year, Dr. Macrene and MACRENE actives join the global generosity movement #GivingTuesday and are donating 10% of sales to the Arts in the Armed Forces (AITAF), the charitable organization founded by Dr. Macrene's friends Actors Adam Driver and Joanne Tucker.
"Veterans Day with Adam Driver at the Arts in the Armed Forces (AITAF). Helping and healing veterans has been my passion throughout my career as voluntary attending Veterans Health Administration for over 20 years. What an honor to witness the work of Adam and his wife Joanne Tucker and to be seated to his right and across from the wonderful Georgina Bloomberg and Courtney Stroum Meagher for an intimate dinner following a special performance from the Studio 54 Theatre." —Dr. Macrene

Charitable Giving Is at the Heart of Our Business
We are all citizens of the earth who should share equal opportunity, equal justice, equal care, and equal education. Charitable giving is at the heart of our business. In addition to donating to AITAF, 10% of our sales profit consistently are donated each year to support education and scholarships.
"Creating clean skincare formulations in glass, paperboard and biodegradable inks with 10% to charity is my way of taking care of the earth and helping others alongside my work as a physician. My vision is to leave the world sustainable for future generations and more beautiful than the way I found it." —Dr. Macrene
